Return & Exchange Policy
Only faulty product(s) are eligible for exchange or refund. Exchanged items are subject to item availability. So please contact our customer service at email@example.com once you wish to make an exchange for a faulty product. Please do not return the goods before communicate with our customer service team.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. SOLE WHAT reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.
You have the right to return your purchase within 7 days from the day you receive the goods. Any request after this period will not be entertained.
