HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET? 

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way. Your order can be tracked by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

From there it should be delivered within the timeframe we advertise.
 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Please contact us immediately. 

To speed up the process, please attach photos and inform us of your order number. 

We will try to resolve any issue with faulty items as quickly as possible. Do NOT send the item back before you have received a go ahead from us.
 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM/ SIZE WITH MY ORDER?

If you receive an incorrect size or item please contact us immediately

We will arrange the correct size or item for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can reserve the correct size or item.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Don't panic!

Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if it corresponds to the delivery. 

If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel then contact us immediately.

Include your Order Number and the Name of the missing item. We'll fix it.



HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

SOLE WHAT offers a simple and easy return service.

All orders can be returned within the 14 days.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. 

Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. 
No tape is to be attached to the product or the product's packaging. 
Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they don't get squashed out of shape.

SOLE WHAT reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria.
