Shipping and Delivery
All orders are going to be shipped with original packaging and double-boxed. From Monday to Friday orders are shipped within 3-7 working days. Orders from Saturday will be shipped on Monday. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
*ALL shipments can take longer to be dispatched during MCO (3-10 working days). Please take note on the provided shipping method during checkout, and do check your order confirmation email before proceeding for payment.

How do I know that an item is available for pick up?

What are the pickup hours?
Pickups are available from 10am to 10pm. (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays)
What do I bring with me to the store?
Bring the INVOICE with invoice number and a valid ID.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you can send someone else to pick up your order – for your protection we will need a valid ID for identification purpose. The person has to present us the copy of the INVOICE with invoice number too.
Can I pay in-store?
NO, all transaction must be made ONLINE when ordering.
