Return & Exchange Policy
At solewhat.com, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We thoroughly inspect all items before shipment to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation: Once your order has been placed, cancellation is NOT allowed.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, using coupons, or at a discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective Items: Requests for returns of defective items or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the product and are subject to approval.
Return Requests: If you wish to request a return or exchange, please provide a clear description of the defect or problem, along with pictures showing the defect and the overall condition of the product. Submit your request via the Contact Us page for any returns or exchanges.

Condition of Items: Exchange items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. Any shoes returned must be in their original box.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged (other than a manufacturing defect). This includes incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty or defective.
Please note that any additional charges incurred during a return, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes, are the customer’s responsibility. This also applies to any re-shipping fees.
Sole What reserves the right to inspect the condition of the items before processing exchanges. We may decline to process exchanges if the returned items do not comply with our returns and exchange policy. All decisions made are final and do not affect your statutory rights.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Unless they are defective, faulty or damaged, you may not cancel or return any items that are for health protection or hygiene such as face masks, hats, hosiery, lingerie, underwear, personal grooming products, pierced earrings and any items that are sealed.
RETURN – INSTORE
To return your product(s) bought in store for exchange, visit any Sole What outlet within 7 days of purchase provided your product has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that from part of the goods with a valid purchase receipt.
You are advisable to check-through your product before making any payment in store to ensure the product are in good condition.
Unfortunately, we can’t return swimwear, underwear, face mask, hats, hosiery, lingerie, personal grooming product, pierced earrings and any items that are sealed.
