Delivery Information

Where do we deliver?

solewhat.com.my delivers only within Malaysia. Delivery service is available for local addresses in Malaysia only. 

Delivery Times

All online orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday - Friday only. Most order are shipped within 2 - 5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day.

If you place an order at  2pm or later on a Friday, it will not start to process until the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will start processing until Tuesday.

Delivery Restriction/Exception

We can deliver to most of the postcode within malaysia. 

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale. Item will usually take between 7-14 days to deliver, due to limited courier availability in these areas.

Tracking your online order

In our dispatch email you'll have your unique tracking for your order. Please check your junk folder, if you haven't got the email.

You can also find that tracking reference number in your order history, to track the progress of your shipment.
